What is your digital solution?
The craft trade sector is a highly fragmented market with around 100,000 companies. Circumstantial communication channels and old-fashioned working methods make it difficult to find a craftsman who is directly available and sends a suitable offer at the push of a button. The customer focus and a model are missing, which covers the complete renovation from the planning to the final invoice. The digital approach allows Myster to play out economies of scale. Through an artificial intelligence a first price indication can be given immediately. Augmented Reality enables a first viewing of the selected design and self-service modules help to quickly collect data for offer processing. Thus Myster can eliminate the originally inefficient working methods of the craftsmen’s and design it efficiently. This enables an order implementation within 2-3 weeks, with costs at market level.
How much does your idea differ from existing solutions? What do you do better?
Myster is not a pure mediator of orders, but works with fixed, previously qualified and professional trade partners hand in hand. Our trade partners enjoy more freedom for added value and thus generate more turnover in lower costs, because we take care of the personal customer contact, the preparation of offers, the contract design, the invoicing and the warranty. Our trade partners concentrate on what you do best and what you need them for: Your Craft. Manufacturers benefit from greater proximity to customers, can better understand their needs and optimise earnings through a shorter retail chain. What does qualify your team and how is the structure of your team?
Myster can rely on a first-class management team (currently 89.4 % shares in Myster), consisting from the former SHOPWARE founder Stefan Heyne and multiple successful founder and group managervMirco Grübel. Together with CTO Roman Dummel, former head of technology at TOBIT and head of TOBIT LABS,bas well as nine other experts are working energetically towards the goal of revolutionizing the craft.
