What problem do you solve?

We take care of the financing requests of our customers. We compare the credit offers of a banks and thus we save our customers the trip to different banks in order to obtain offers to be able to compare with each other.

What is your digital solution?

We compare the credit offers of about 400 banks, without referring to their opening hours and having to respect restrictions. Our customers can discuss the financing with us at any time. We use all desired forms of communication such as messenger, mail, video telephony etc.

How much does your idea differ from existing solutions? What do you do better?

The digital solutions of all competitors contain at least one media break. Whether signature in the branch office, documents by mail and in the original, consultation on site or exclusively by machine and without consultation – no provider offers the combination of consulting, digitalization and 24 hours service like baufinovo.

What does qualify your team and how is the structure of your team? 

The team consists of two employees who act in the same capacity as intermediaries for financing. We are located in Kaarst and Schwelm. The service standards include (digital) accessibility at almost any time of day, so that customers can reach us when it suits them and not when the banks have their opening hours (which usually falls within the working hours of the customers).

Why should we reward you for your digital business model?

Because we are taking the step that the banks have not consistently dared to take for 20 years. An end-to-end digital consulting. The economy expects that customers have to think digitally, but is surprised that the own online offer is not used. We are opposed to this and encourage our customers to use all digital to exploit opportunities.

A positive side-effect is that we can adjust our working hours so that we have a suitable work-life balance (also as parents).
