Remote Events Deep Dive
On tech events & travelling from home
One of the *if not the* most requested topic: what tool is the right choice for my event? And as always the answer is an utterly dissatisfying *it depends*. But in the 5th edition of the PIRATEx Remote Events Deep Dive we’re not settling for that.
That’s why we teamed up with one of the most connected tech & startup event companies in Europe: Startup Sesame! They were the first who published a spreadsheet in the very early days of the crisis with a great overview of tools for remote events.
Together with our friends at Startup Sesame we’re going to take a look at eight different remote events tools in quick live demos followed by a Q&A session for each tool.
The tool providers themselves will present how their solution works and for which purpose it fits best. And more importantly: you can ask them your questions.
So instead of having to look at websites, search for experiences + reviews, and try to get one of the much sought after demo slots, we will bring them to you.
While a lot of event organizers, agencies & companies only recently discovered the power of virtual events, the esports industry had already grown accustomed to it ages ago. Today the ESL is no longer only functioning as the largest league for professional gamers in Europe. It’s also organizing various tournaments in more than 50 games, including professional tournaments and tournament series.
Online streaming has long been an integral part of esports. Actually, no other industry is as successful with the transmission of events as the e-sports industry. With their online events, they show one of the biggest and most elaborate productions that the online event world has to offer.
We’re looking forward to learning from an industry that has grown accustomed to online events a long time ago & and get insights into their profound knowledge.
