The cooperation with PIRATEx for our first virtual event was the best decision we could make. The communication went smoothly, all our questions were answered and solved very quickly, but above all, the questions and concerns of the speakers could be answered and solved very quickly at any time. For us, the cooperation was the X-factor for a successful virtual event.
Description & Goal
After this years on-site edition of Europe’s most renowned trade fair for medical technology could not take place, the client decided to transform their physical event into a digital setting. The trade fair, managed by two leading exhibition organizers for the European industry, aims to link all players in the medical technology industry and stands for unique, face-to-face networking.
As the event required 4 streams to run simultaneously the technical setup consisted of 2 rooms, with a total of 4 individual video control workstations, each managed by 1 director, 1 cutter, 2 speaker manager and one technical expert.
Platform & Formats
The platform used was Talque, as the platform offers a simple yet intuitive interface and meets the given requirements. The program included live streamed presentations, various talks and pitches.
